MEET THE TEAM

JOSHUA

  • With a Bachelor of Construction Management and a Graduate Diploma in Building Surveying, I’ve developed a strong foundation and a passion for leading in the building surveying field, achieving the highest accreditation as a Building Surveyor – Unrestricted. My experience spans both council and private sectors, driven by a commitment to delivering well-informed and reliable outcomes.

    I’ve worked across a wide range of projects, from minor refurbishments to complex mixed-use developments, building deep industry knowledge. My focus is on providing timely, expert advice and exceptional service to help clients navigate regulatory requirements and achieve their development goals.

ANGUS

  • With eight years of industry experience across the private and public sectors, Angus brings a comprehensive understanding of building compliance and regulatory requirements. Angus holds an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying and graduated from Western Sydney University with a Graduate Certificate in Building Surveying. Angus is committed to delivering high-quality building surveying services at Graham Certification Group.

KELLIE

  • With a dynamic background spanning both the corporate world and the music industry, Kellie brings a unique blend of creativity, structure, and fresh thinking to the team. Her innovative approach has played a key role in shaping the way our business flows and connects.

    In her current role, Kellie leads all things accounts management while building strong, positive relationships with both our team and our customers.

CHLOE

  • Chloe has been part of the Graham Certification Group team since 2023 and loves creating a welcoming and positive experience for our clients.

    Coming from a family with strong values, Chloe likes to bring that same warmth and dedication into our business. She enjoys working with people and making sure that every interaction with our company feels smooth, friendly, and enjoyable.

KATIE

  • Katie joined the GCG team in November 2022 as an Administration Assistant. She is now studying to become a Junior Building Surveyor. Katie thrives in a dynamic team environment and values the opportunity to build and grow strong relationships with clients. She looks forward to continuing her professional development and contributing to the success of each project with a positive attitude and attention to detail.

EMMA

  • Emma joined the Graham Certification Group team in July 2024 bringing with her a background in the construction industry. She uses her knowledge from both sides of the certification process to assist clients with their applications. She enjoys communicating with clients from being the first point of contact when they call our office to coordinating their inspections and preparing their approvals.

    Emma always aims to create a positive experience for every client she works with.
